Shipping and Fulfilment


When will my order ship?


Most orders are shipped within 1- 2 business days. 


How do you ship orders?


All orders are shipped Via Fed Ex, UPS, or The United States Postal Service. All orders within the US will have the ability to track to their destination.


Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO?


Yes. The USPS is the only carrier who delivers to these addresses so all orders will ship via Priority Mail regardless of shipping method chosen.


Do you ship to US TERRITORIES (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)?


Yes. We use USPS to ship to US Territories and all orders to these addresses will ship via Priority Mail regardless of shipping method chosen.



In Store Pickup and the Pro Shop at NRG Stadium


Can I pick my order up at the Pro Shop Store?


Yes as long as the order is placed before 2pm CST. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.

Can I return items to your Pro Shop at NRG Stadium?


Yes, but we ask that you call  832-667-2589 ahead of time so we can make proper arrangements.
