For your security, your billing name and address must be an exact match to the billing name and address on file with your credit card issuing bank. Any order that does not meet this criterion may be declined.
You can place your order by phone by calling 1-832-667-2500 Monday through Friday 9:30am through 5:30pm CT. We are closed any major holiday, game days, and event days.
All orders placed by 1pm CT Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day they are placed (subject to inventory), or the next business day.
We ship all orders via Fed Ex, Smart Post, or USPS and offer three levels of service:
We offer same day in store pickup for most orders placed before 2:00 PM CST. You can pick up orders placed online at the Go Texans Store at NRG Stadium during regular Pro Shop hours. To get in store pick up simply select Stadium Pickup option on the cart page prior to check out. In most cases your order will be ready within 2 hours and we will notify you once your order in ready for pick up. There are some exclusions and restrictions for in store pickup orders. In store pickup is not available on game days and event days.
We currently offer shipping to APO/DPO/FPO, USPS PO Boxes, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and more. Due to the unique nature of these addresses, all orders that are to be shipped to these address types will ship Via USPS Priority Mail. Due to regulations, we are currently unable to ship directly to correctional facilities of any kind.
We have partnered with International Checkout to provide international fulfillment. International Checkout is a highly respected and reliable international fulfillment company dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our customers.
International orders can take up to 30 days for delivery.
Merchandise purchased online through shop.mercaritexasbowl.com may be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) must be in the original, unused condition with the original tags and labels attached. You may return your order via mail or at the Go Texans Store. Please complete a Merchandise return form upon shipment. Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date we received the return at our warehouse. All returns are subjected to inspection. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax (shipping fees are not refundable) will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow an addition 5 to 7 business days for the funds to post to your account. If you requested an exchange you will be emailed a tracking confirmation once the exchange has shipped. If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, you should return the unwanted item(s) using the standard return procedure and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s). Due to the nature of our business, this is the most efficient means by which an exchange can take place; we cannot otherwise guarantee that your requested replacement item would be in stock by the time we receive your return.
